We offer shipping worldwide or in specific regions only (depending on the product or service). Shipping costs are usually included where possible but others where “Shipping Not Included” is stated, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase but are subject to change if due to external factors beyond our control (such as customs delays, natural disasters, etc.).
b. International Shipping
For international orders outside of the following (USA, UK, Europe), you are responsible for any extra customs duties, taxes, or other fees required for delivery to your specific country.

We do have some agents speaking different languages, however our service guarantee applies exclusively to services that require personal liaison and communication with our team. These services are only guaranteed when conducted in English. We will try and attend where possible other languages, but we do not offer a service guarantee for any interactions or services in languages other than English. -
