Digital Products and/or Services

All orders are delivered as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the customer about their order delivery. All policies pertaining to revision are subject to date and time of design order delivered to customer’s account area.

All customized orders (unless otherwise stated) will be delivered within the stated time after receipt of an order.

We do offer an emergency service through which you can have your digital product or services processed immediately – or next slot – by paying an additional agreed fee. For further help, please get in touch with our customer support department.

 


Free Trial Terms

1. Free Trial Period:  You are granted a free trial of our software, starting from the date of registration.
2. Cancellation:  You can cancel the free trial before the free period ends. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged the agreed amount.
3. Payment:  By not cancelling within the trial period, you consent to the payment of the agreed fee.
4. Refunds:  Refunds after the trial period ends will not be issued.
5. Termination:  We reserve the right to terminate access if any part of the agreement is not fulfilled.

You are eligible to access our software free of charge for the agreed trial period, starting from the date of your registration. During this period, you will have full access to all the features and functionalities of the software.

TRIAL EXPIRY AND AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION
At the end of the free trial, unless you cancel your service prior to the end of the that period, you will automatically be charged the agreed fee for the chosen plan. This charge will occur immediately after the trial period concludes.

CANCELLATION OF FREE TRIAL
You can cancel at any time during the trial via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please ensure that cancellation is completed successfully before the trial ends, as we cannot process refunds for any charges made once the trial period has ended.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will be asked to provide payment information before your trial expires. This information will only be used if you do not cancel your trial before the agreed period ends. If you cancel within the trial period, no charge will be applied, and your access to the software will be terminated.

CHARGES AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
If you do not cancel your trial by the end of the free trial period, your account will be automatically charged for the plan selected at the time of registration.

REFUNDS
Once the trial has ended and the product fee has been charged, no refunds will be issued, even if you choose to cancel after the charge has been processed. Please ensure you cancel the trial within the agreed period to avoid an unwanted charge.

ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
If you cancel the trial within the agreed period, you will not have access to the software. After cancellation, you will not be billed and will lose access to the all services.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer, service terms, or access to our products at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws.

By starting a free trial of any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 


Physical Items

Packages are generally dispatched within 48hrs after ordering and are shipped via the most economical local service to the office with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer recorded delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method to confirm you are happy with the extra cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We aren’t able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Whilst we aren’t responsible for packages once handed to a courier company, we do take special care in our packaging process and even more is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 


Refusal of Service

Guest Income reserves the right to decline delivery or supply of any product or service to any client for any reason.
