Cancellation of Digital Products/Services

To cancel electronically supplied products or services, a request must be made in writing explaining the reason for the cancellation request. Our team will then study the issue on an individual basis and decide if cancellation with full or partial refund is applicable in that circumstance.

All customized orders (unless otherwise stated) are not eligible for refund.

We offer an insurance service through which we can guarantee certain aspects of your digital product or service (for example the completion date) by paying an additional agreed fee. If you would like to know more, please get in touch with our customer support department.

 


Cancellation of Physical Items

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email and send your item to the sending address marked on the original packaging.

 

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

Gift Cards, Sale Items

 

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)

If item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error a partial refund may be offered.

For any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery a partial refund may be offered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as soon as possible (depending on your original method of payment).

 

Late or missing refunds

If for some reason you have not received your refund yet, first, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us, where we will investigate further and ensure a solution is found.
